Leadership is lonely.
I remember the first time I heard that phrase.
I was in my first leadership position, and in retrospect, going through a season of immense growing pains.
I went to my “HR for HR” partner for coaching. And, my words came back to bite me.
As a leader, you need a safe space to process what you’re facing. You need a partner who’s been there before.
And you need to know your ally is your ally. Full stop.
Not someone with their own agenda. And not someone who has influence in your performance review.
You need a certified executive coach.
With upwards of 20 years of HR and Corporate Strategy experience, I know what it takes to be successful.
It takes core competencies, yes. But, even more, it takes courage. It takes heart.
It takes a truly safe space to explore where you are, who you are, and what growth looks like for you in season you’re in.
It takes someone who will be honest with you. Someone who can help you to see what’s really possible.
That’s me.
Dynamic and energizing, I bring infectious enthusiasm and optimism to help you see what you’re capable of.
And as an International Coaching Federation (ICF) Certified Executive Coach and Master Facilitator, I will help you get there.
1-on-1 or in group settings, I use my strengths of empathy, optimism, and adaptability to create safe spaces for leaders.
And using my passion for action, critical thinking, and creative problem solving, I drive change that lasts.

A LITTLE ABOUT ME
We should start with the dancing.
Talk to anyone who knows me, and the dancing will come up.
I love music. And I love to dance.
No matter where I am. Or who might be watching.
My favorite people are my husband and 2 sons.
We dance a lot. Usually in the kitchen.
My perfect day involves being outside in the sunshine - bonus points if we’re by the water.
I feel blessed beyond measure to have a career that I’m crazy about. I work with incredible humans. And I get to leverage my God-given gifts to make a meaningful difference in the world.
Leveraging my own Wayfinding experience, bringing tools from my career in Human Resources and Corporate Strategy, I pride myself as a guide.

Like many people, my Genesis story is messy and complicated.
I’ve had to journey through many seasons of stuck, self-discovery and healing to get to where I am today.
Let’s just say, I know a thing or two about grit, perseverence, and how to succeed - even when the deck is stacked against you.
With off-the-charts empathy and infectious optimism and energy, my superpower is making people feel safe. Safe enough to talk about the real stuff. Safe enough to talk about the messy stuff.
Together, we will sort through the noise in order to lean in to what really matters.
I will meet you right where you are, but we’re not going to stay there.
We’re going to move forward.

My faith is at the core of all that I do. It is a part of my inner process in every session I’m in and you will see it show up in the values I hold firm: Kindness, Inclusivity, Truth, and Courage.
This absolutely does not mean we have to have faith in common to work together. In fact, I will respect and honor any belief system you hold.
Just know that if you ever want to invite faith into the conversation, I am capable of (and passionate about) holding space for that too.
And either way, I’ll be praying for you.
In fact, I already am.
ACTION-
ORIENTED
I made achievement my best friend pretty early on and arguably for all of the wrong reasons - but it many ways my over-achiever nature has served me well.
While I’ve since done the work to detach achievement from self-worth, I still strive for excellence in all I do. I just now use an agile-inspired process to get there.
Right from the start, we will define what you want.
And we’ll run a series of experiments to get you there.
Using “let’s try it” and “for now,” we’ll keep you moving forward, asking “what did we learn,” and embracing a growth mindset every step of the way.

Thanks in part to my hard-wiring, and in part having to navigate some painful experiences early on, I am able to operate with a deep sense of empathy and understanding for others.
Being able to connect on a deeply emotional level, feel what others are feeling - and articulate those feelings in a way my clients often can’t.
I am able to anticipate and illustrate what’s making you feel stuck. Helping you to see what feels messy and impossible for what it really is.
